Getting arrested during a nightclub raid must sound like a day at the beach to Jason Wahler right about now.

The reality-TV star, who has helped populate both Laguna Beach and The Hills, was sentenced to 60 days in county jail and 36 months' probation Tuesday after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge, stemming from his arrest in September for punching a tow-truck driver and a Department of Transportation officer.

Los Angeles police nabbed Wahler and model Kristin DeLuca last year after the two went somewhat postal when the vehicle they were riding in was blocked by a tow truck and a city vehicle, which belonged to a crew that was moving an illegally parked car on Wilshire Boulevard.

According to the L.A. City Attorney's Office, Wahler and DeLuca jumped out of their car and began hurling epithets at the DOT officer and one of the tow-truck drivers, both of whom were black. Wahler then hit both men, after which DeLuca kicked and spit at the driver whom Wahler had already slugged.

At the time of the altercation, Wahler's blood-alcohol level was 0.22 percent, nearly three times the legal limit, authorities said. To make matters slightly better, at least the 20-year-old Real Orange County native hadn't been driving.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Louis Lavin also ordered Wahler to attend 104 Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings and 36 hours of anger management classes and to stay away from his victims.

Additionally, Wahler and DeLuca—who also pleaded no contest to one count of battery and was slapped with 24 months' probation and a suspended 120-day jail sentence—will be required to attend a one-day session at the Museum of Tolerance because of the "numerous" racial slurs they were throwing around before they were arrested, according to the City Attorney's Office.

DeLuca, 25, was also ordered to hit the road for 15 days—to do community service for CalTrans, that is.

Wahler has until May 4 to turn himself in for jail duty.

That itinerary should give him enough time to return to L.A. from North Carolina, where he's due in Pitt County District Court Apr. 18 to answer to charges of underage drinking and resisting a public officer.

The not yet 21-year-old was arrested Friday night by an undercover state Alcohol Law Enforcement agent at the Rumors nightclub in Greenville. ALE Agent Matt Knight said that Wahler tried to give him several false birthdates, hence the resisting-an-officer charge.

Wahler was released on a $1,000 bond Saturday morning, secure in the knowledge that Kristin Cavallari, Heidi Montag and ex-girlfriend Lauren Conrad will not be getting more ink than him this week.
