Coley Laffoon wants some of that Men in Trees money.

The cameraman filed for divorce from Anne Heche Thursday, nine days after the couple confirmed that they had broken up after more than five years of marriage.

Laffoon cited, wonder of wonders, irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Heche, meanwhile, has already been linked to Men in Trees costar James Tupper, who is also recently single, having parted ways with his wife in November. Neither has commented on reports of their more-than-friends status.

Per the petition, Laffoon is asking for spousal support from Heche, whose ABC dramedy is moving up in the world since moving to that plum post-Grey's Anatomy spot.

Laffoon, 33, who met Heche in 2000 while he was part of the crew working on a documentary about Ellen DeGeneres' return to stand-up comedy, is also seeking joint custody of their son, Homer, who will be five next month.

Heche, 37, and Laffoon tied the knot in September 2001, he obviously not deterred by either her memoir, Call Me Crazy, which detailed her abusive childhood and struggle with mental illness, or her seesawing sexual preference.
