Heidi Klum and Seal have sealed the deal.

The 31-year-old German model and the 42-year-old "Kiss from a Rose" singer tied the knot in a secret ceremony on a Mexican beach Tuesday, Klum's publicist, Jaclyn Ayers, confirmed Wednesday.

The nuptials went down in front of about 40 guests at the swanky Cuixmala resort--not far from Seal's seaside getaway outside Puerto Vallarta.

For those keeping track at home, the bride wore an ivory Vera Wang gown.

The hottie and her one-named beau are expecting their first child this fall. Seal has also played papa to Klum's year-old daughter, Leni, with Italian race-car tycoon Flavio Briatore.

Klum and Briatore split late last year, and Klum promptly struck up a romance with Seal. The Grammy-winning British singer dedicated his recent greatest hits collection, Best: 1991-2004, to "my daughter Leni," as well as Klum and her family.

In January, Seal flew Klum to the top of a 14,000 foot glacier in British Columbia to propose, giving her an glacial-sized 10-carat diamond ring to ice the engagement.

Klum, who apparently isn't a big fan of her hubby's songs (on her Website she lists her musical favorites as James Brown, Dido, U2, Nikki Costa and Moby), was on record as saying she wanted to wed the soulful crooner before their child was born.

Klum and Seal are the second high-profile couple in as many days to hit the tropics for their vow-swapping; Renée Zellweger and Kenny Chesney tied the knot Monday in the Virgin Islands.

This is officially Klum's second marriage--she and hairstylist Ric Pipino were wed for five years before splitting in 2002.

She was briefly linked to Red Hot Chili Peppers' singer Anthony Kiedis before her relationship with Briatore became public.

In addition to posing for Victoria's Secret and such magazines as Elle, Sports Illustrated and Glamour, Klum has dabbled in acting and fronts her own lines of perfume, jewelry and Birkenstocks.

Seal was recently nominated for a Grammy in the Male Pop Vocal Performance for "Love's Divine," a track from his 2004 Warner Bros. release, Seal IV.

The singer won't have too much time to get "Crazy" with Klum on any sort of honeymoon, however. The multiplatinum-selling singer has a busy year of touring ahead of him, starting with a gig in Henderson, Nevada, next Friday.
