SPLITSVILLE Denise Richards filing for divorce from Charlie Sheen after nearly three years of marriage, Celebrity Justice reports. Richards, who is six months pregnant with the couple' second child, reportedly cited irreconcilable differences for the split.

NOT A GENIUS MOVE: A longtime sound engineer for Ray Charles charged with two counts of grand theft and one count of receiving stolen property after he was arrested two weeks ago on allegations of stealing the late singer's master recordings.
BANDS GET WARPED: Shoe company Vans announcing the line-up for this year's Warped tour: The Offspring, My Chemical Romance and Something Corporate among the big names confirmed. America?s longest-running touring festival is expected to kick off June 18 in Columbus.
PASSION OF THE SETTLEMENT: Mel Gibson's production company and Regal Entertainment Group reaching an undisclosed settlement in a court dispute over box-office receipts from The Passion of the Christ, the Los Angeles Times reported.
ON THE CASE: Opening arguments kicking off Wednesday in the trial of the man accused of stalking Gibson. The actor is due on the stand Thursday.

THE FORCE EQUALS SYNERGY: 20th Century Fox planning to premiere the full-length trailer for Star Wars: Episode III--Revenge of the Sith next Mar. 10, between 8 and 9 p.m. during an episode of The O.C. The preview will then hit theaters Mar. 11 along with Fox's Robots. The final prequel is due out May 19.
DEFROSTED: After a three-year wait, Coldplay planning to finally release their highly anticipated third album in June followed by their biggest world tour yet, starting with U.K. concerts in London, Bolton and Glasgow.
