Olsens' Milk Mustache Wiped

Milk, it does a body good, unless you're Mary-Kate Olsen.

Since checking into a treatment center to deal with an eating disorder, Mary-Kate and twin sis Ashley have been dropped as dairy pushers for the "got milk?" campaign.

The magazines ads, featuring the former Full House stars with trademark milk mustaches, were due to run from May through July, but they were pulled early "out of sensitivity for her situation," according to a statement from the Milk Processor Education Program.

Mary-Kate checked into a treatment center, reportedly Utah's Cirque Lodge near Sundance, just a couple of weeks after her 18th birthday due to what the family termed a "health-related issue," which is believed to be anorexia nervosa.

Star magazine, meanwhile, has suggested the teen titan was actually admitted into rehab for a white mustache of a different variety--a claim her family has vehemently denied. "The bottom line is that Mary-Kate was not admitted for drugs--period," said her rep Michael Pagnotta.

In an interview with People magazine, Ashley said Mary-Kate has been struggling with an eating disorder "for quite a while." The family has closed ranks, and Ashley nixed a New York Minute promotional trip to Australia to be near her sister.

In a statement announcing the "got milk?" ads in May, Mary-Kate said, "We wanted to appear in this ad because we love the campaign and we want to help make sure our fans are healthy like us.

"It is important to drink milk because it keeps you strong and helps you grow tall."

There has been no word what effect Mary-Kate's health problems might have on the rest of their multimillion-dollar empire of books, CDs and videos built on the girls' wholesome appeal to the underage set.

In any case, Mary-Kate's treatment is expected to be over this month, giving the dynamic duo plenty of time to prepare for their freshman year at New York University this fall.
