Prostitute Nails Vince Neil
This Bunny is looking to bang some heads--namely Vince Neil's.
The former M?tley Cr?e frontman is in the crosshairs of a lawsuit filed by an ex-prostitute who claims he roughed her up.
Andrea Terry, whose nom de sex is TrixXxie Blue, filed suit a week ago in Clark County, Nevada, seeking at least $20,000 in damages from the rocker and her former employer, the Moonlite BunnyRanch, and its owner, Dennis Hof.
In court documents, Terry says that Neil grabbed her by the throat and slammed her into a wall following a payment dispute during a July 10 encounter at the famed brothel, a legal establishment Neil describes on the BunnyRanch's Website as "Nevada's sexual food court."
Terry, who was an "independent contractor" at the BunnyRanch, is looking for payback for lost wages, medical bills and other costs stemming from the incident. Terry, 35, has since moved back to her native Florida.
Back on April 8, Neil pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge in the case. The 43-year-old "Girls, Girls, Girls" purveyor, who was visiting the brothel following a concert, was sentenced to a 30-day suspended jail term, $1,000 fine and an anger-management course.
Neil, who has a home in the Las Vegas area, did not immediately comment on the lawsuit.
Hof, who operates the Carson City landmark and had invited Neil there to sign autographs , has repeatedly disputed Terry's account of the incident. He alleged Terry concocted the assault story when "Vince didn't want to be with her."
He is adamant that there never would have been an argument over payment. "If they're friends of mine, they're not going to pay for sex," Hof said. "[Neil] knows that if he wanted to party, it would be free."
Hof and his ranch are being sued for negligence--Terry claims he didn't call police and the panic button in her room was faulty.
Hof also asserts that despite all the publicity over the Neil incident, the bordello is still doing a brisk business.
