Sizemore in Trouble Again?
Can things get any worse? That's what Tom Sizemore must be asking himself.
The embattled actor, who's facing a possible prison sentence in a domestic violence case, was accused of more unruly behavior last week when a former personal assistant sued for harassment and sexual battery.
Paula Briones, who filed the suit on Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, accused her onetime boss of repeatedly propositioning her for sex.
Also named in the court documents are Sizemore's holding company, Bare Knuckles Productions; Forward Pass, which produced Sizemore's last show, Robbery Homicide Division; Universal Television Network and CBS Television.
In the suit, Briones says she was hired in July 2002 for $1,500 per week to make sure Sizemore was up in time to get to work, to answer the phone and to get him soft drinks.
But the 41-year-old thesp soon "made his needs and true intentions apparent," claims the suit.
Briones asserts that Sizemore once greeted her at the door to his home butt nekkid and asked her several times to perform a sex act in exchange for a $5,000 bonus.
The suit contends that Sizemore eventually harassed Briones daily for sex and once tried to force her to perform a sex act. The actor also allegedly tried to enlist Briones' help in recruiting her friends for sex and asked her to prepare dosages of methamphetamine and Vicodin for his consumption.
A call to Sizemore's attorney was not returned.
On August 15, the Black Hawk Down star was found guilty of seven counts of domestic violence, criminal threats and vandalism against his former gal-pal Heidi Fleiss, as well making obscene and harassing phone calls. He remains free on $100,000 bail but faces a possible four-year jail term plus fines when sentenced on October 2.
Sizemore's also in hot water for a separate misdemeanor domestic-abuse allegation levied at him by a woman he claims he doesn't know. The actor was arrested last December after allegedly punching the unnamed woman, who claimed to be his fianc?e. At the time, his attorney said the accusations were a "shakedown" against his client, a "nice guy."
In the meantime, Sizemore is squeezing in roles in at least two indie dramas before his October sentencing. First up, a role as a thuggish father in Morgan J. Freeman's Piggy Banks, which began production in Salt Lake City on Monday.
Then next month, Sizemore stars in the Asia Argento-helmed adaptation The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things. Based on the novel by J.T. LeRoy, The Heart features Argento as a single mom and prostitute and Sizemore as one of her boyfriends.
