Dunst and Kutcher Pair Up
Move over Demi, Ashton's got a new leading lady.
Ashton Kutcher is hooking up with Kirsten Dunst in Cameron Crowe's next project, Elizabethtown, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The movie, a laffer scheduled to begin filming early next year in Oregon and Kentucky, is slated for a 2005 release.
DreamWorks and Paramount are in talks to cofinance the flick, which is being produced under Crowe's Vinyl Films and Tom Cruise's shingle, C/W Productions. Cruise and Crowe have previously collaborated together on Vanilla Sky and Jerry Maguire.
Based on an original screenplay by Crowe, Elizabethtown is an ensemble comedy about an unexpected romance (which explains Dunst and Kutcher's pairing) that develops as a Southern patriarch plans a hilariously elaborate memorial. Jane Fonda has reportedly also been in talks to star.

with That '70s Show to continue playing the dimwitted Michael Kelso through 2005. He's also signed on for another two years as executive producer of MTV's hidden camera series Punk'd.
While Hollywood's "It" boy of the moment has been making headlines for his real life relationship with Charlie's Angels star Demi Moore, audiences will continue to see Kutcher paired up with more starlets of his own age onscreen.
First he'll star opposite Tara Reid in a madcap comedy from Dimension Films called My Boss's Daughter in August. Next, his alter ego Kelso will be paired up with Shannon Elizabeth when That '70s Show returns for its sixth season this fall. The American Pie babe is set to guest star in two episodes as Kelso's love interest with an option to return for two more.
