Ellen Rings in Her Season Premiere

Twenty-four days of marriage have agreed with Ellen DeGeneres.

If you're quick with the pause button, you can catch a glimpse of the diamond wedding band on the newlywed talk-show host's left hand as she kicked off the sixth season of Ellen Monday.

DeGeneres' first show as a married woman featured a performance by the Jonas Brothers and a sit-down with Michelle Obama. And she made sure to give a little bit of time to the other side, as well.

"Who knew John McCain and I would have something in common? We both chose female running mates," DeGeneres said in her opening monologue.

Anyway, more on her August nuptials tomorrow as the 50-year-old funnywoman shares behind-the-scenes pics and exclusive video with her studio audience. (And you, America!)
