It may be called the small screen, but TV produces big bucks. Just look at the figures in Forbes' list of prime-time TV's 20 top-earning women. You'd expect to find a couple of Desperate Housewives and maybe a supermodel or two among the upper echelons of wage-earning women, but…Velma Dinkley? That's right, one-time Scooby-Doo actress Linda Cardellini scrubbed in for ER and now holds the No. 16 spot—at a cool $3.5 million in earnings from June 1, 2007 to June 1, 2008.
