She's (almost) always on the list

SamRo Gets Served, Keeps Spinning

When Samantha Ronson showed up for her Vinyl Vixen deejay gig at the W Hotel Thursday, she got more than she bargained for.

Upon her arrival at Whiskey Blue, a girl posing as an eager fan accosted her, saying she had something for her.

"You've been served," she said after handing her an envelope. So what'd she do...and where was LiLo?

"She looked upset, but was quiet," an onlooker tells E! News of Sam's reaction to the legal papers, which stem from her lawsuit against blogger Perez Hilton.

Despite the drama, Sam set up her equipment and began deejaying as if everything were normal. Lindsay showed up 30 minutes later and gave her a comforting hug.

While other guests drank Lucid absinthe, L.L. stuck to Red Bulls while her BFF worked. Once the set was finished, the duo quickly exited to Sam's car, where Linds hid underneath a jacket as paps tried to snap pics.
