This Boardwalk Empire star won't be walking the plank.

Paz de la Huerta, who plays Steve Buscemi's sexy, if meanie, strumpet in the hit HBO period drama, pleaded guilty this morning in Manhattan Criminal Court to one count of second-degree harassment stemming from a March bar brawl with The City's Samantha Swetra.

No need to call in Nucky to get her out of this one.

A spokeswoman for the Manhattan D.A.'s office tells E! News that de la Huerta will get off relatively light because the count "is a violation, not a crime."

As part of her plea, the 26-year-old actress must complete one day of community service and a 10- to 12-week alcohol-treatment program.

That's probably a good idea since, according to cops, a boozy Paz hurled a glass at Swetra at a March 22 party at the Standard Hotel. The fight, apparently over Swetra's male companion, ended with Swetra seeking medical treatment after a piece of the shattered glass lodged in her leg.

The reality-TV player has since sued the thesp for damages.

We're not holding out for them to kiss and make up, either—the judge overseeing the case also signed a full, final order of protection barring de la Huerta from going anywhere near Swetra or contacting her.

There was no immediate comment from reps for either de la Huerta or Swetra.
