Having recently wrapped up her duties as a judge on the first season of The Voice, Christina Aguilera is once again lending her, well, voice, to a very worthy cause.

The singer was joined by several young children yesterday to shoot a public service announcement on behalf of Yum! Brands' World Hunger Relief Effort.

"As a mother, the idea that even one child would go to bed hungry is unacceptable and that's why I'm so passionate about fighting global hunger," Aguilera, who has also served as a global ambassador for the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) since 2009, said in a statement.

Beginning this fall, the new PSA will be shown in KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants as a reminder that there are nearly one billion hungry people around the planet in desperate need of help.
