Just call him...MC Malfoy?

Tom Felton, the 23-year-old thesp best known as Harry Potter's archnemesis in the big-screen fantasy franchise, is looking to trade in his wand for a microphone, leave his film career behind and pursue a career in hip-hop, British tabloid the Sun reports.

"I was thinking of doing some [British group] N-Dubz-style stuff. I am looking to get into the grime rap U.K. scene," the actor is quoted in the tabloid, adding that he already has a record deal. "I'm going to change my image—backward caps, the lot. It's still under wraps so I can't really talk about it."

So is Felton really serious about his newfound avocation? Well Muggles, it turns out this rumor is...

So false!

And that's straight from the Hogwarts baddie himself.

On the red carpet for Monday night's premiere of the final installment of the blockbuster fantasy franchise, Felton unleashed the Avada Kedavra/killing curse on the report, admitting he was merely kidding when he made the earlier comments.

"I have no idea what they're talking about," he told a gaggle of reporters. "I can only think that it was an attempt at dry wit that went completely over their head. I don't know. Needless to say, I'm not planning on taking the U.K. grime scene by storm."

But if he did take up rap, what would his moniker be, you may wonder?

"I have no idea. That's a good question, I'll think about it," he cracked, faster than a snitch.

Fo'shizzle. Just don't Bogart that Boggart, Tom.
