Yay, love!

E! News confirms that the lady of Lady Antebellum, Hillary Scott, will soon become a missus after getting proposed to on the Fourth of July over a lake in east Tennessee by her drummer boyfriend, Chris Tyrell!

The musical pair met in 2010 on the Tim McGraw tour and apparently hit it off so much that their love-burning flame was the muse for the group's latest song, "Just a Kiss."

The 25-year-old bride-to-be explained to Billboard, "There is so much excitement at the beginning of a new relationship...This song is about one of those times when your brain kicks in and tells your heart, 'Good things are worth waiting for.' "

So how'd it happen?

"Chris proposed exactly the way I've always dreamed," Scott says. "Our families were close by, but it was just us out on a beautiful deck overlooking a lake in East Tennessee. We had just been on a hike and—in our workout clothes—he hit the knee! We feel so blessed by God that He sent us each other, and we are looking so forward to forever together!"

Congrats to the couple!
