You can't steal money from some of Hollywood's sweetest ladies and get away with it!

Beverly Hills salon owner, Maria Gabriella Hashemipour (arrested as Maria Gabriella Perez), who was charged last August with taking the credit card information and billing over $300,000 from famous clients such as Jennifer Aniston, Liv Tyler, Anne Hathaway and Cher was sentenced today in federal court.

But was the punishment too light?

Hashemipour was facing up to 25 years in prison for two counts of access device fraud for, among other things, allegedly charging up to $214,000 on two of Tyler's American Express cards over a five-month period.

Big spender.

But in today's hearing, she was sentenced to five years of probation, which will include nine months of home confinement, and ordered to perform 3,000 hours of community service.

No jail time?!

Well, no. But this isn't the last of it for the hairdresser.

She still has to face her restitution hearing, which was continued until Oct. 17, 2011. Hashemipour might be ordered to pay back the hundreds of thousands she stole.

Good luck with that.
