Old feuds die hard. Particularly those of the tempestuous brother vs. brother, mid-90s, Britpop variety.

Which is why it should come as no real surprise that Noel Gallagher failed to invite former Oasis bandmate (and, yes, blood relation) Liam Gallagher to his otherwise star-studded weekend wedding.

So what gives?

Well, it's pretty much par for the course for these ever-warring siblings who reportedly have failed to stay on any semblance of speaking terms since their last massive fall-out in 2009, in which Noel walked out on Oasis.

Incidentally, this time around, it's Liam who's placing the blame on Noel for his wedding no-show, as he claims that wasn't simply sitting out the life event in protest, but instead insisted that he was never invited in the first place.

"I'm busy playing gigs in Chicago," he told the Chicago Sun-Times last week. "He goes on about how he wasn't invited to my wedding…Get over it, mate. I've not been invited to his wedding."

Payback's a real you-know-what.

But plenty of other people were present for Noel's second vow swap. The 44-year-old rocker tied the knot with Sara MacDonald, his girlfriend of 11 years (and mother of his two sons, Donovan, 3, and Sonny, 8 months) at the Lime Wood Hotel in New Forest, England on Saturday.

The duo, who donned a light grey suit and black tie and vintage full-length ivory gown, respectively, rented out the entire 16-room hotel for the ceremony, which was witnessed by Little Britain's David Walliams and his supermodel wife Lara Stone, musician Paul Weller, actor John Simm and, of course, best man Russell Brand, with whom Gallagher once cohosted a radio show.

Reports out of the ceremony indicate that Brand's speech (his own wife Katy Perry was touring and thus MIA for the ceremony) went down a storm. We would, of course, expect nothing less.

As for the actual ceremony, pipers played throughout the service and the groom and new bride—who changed into a sparkly Tom Ford number for the reception—marked their first dance as husband and wife to The Ronettes' "Be My Baby."

Gallagher's 11-year-old daughter Anais, his child from his previous marriage to actress Meg Matthews, was also present for her dad's nuptials. Congrats!
