Sean Kingston Tweets Health Update, "Feeling Better" After Near-Fatal Jet Ski Crash

R&B star shares a photo with his fans as he continues to recover from injuries he sustained last month

Things are clearly getting better for Sean Kingston.

The "Beautiful Girls" singer, who was recently hospitalized following a horrific jet ski accident in Miami that nearly cost him his life, took to Twitter this weekend to give fans an update on his condition.

"Feeling alot better!" the R&B star wrote. "GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!"

A noticeably thinner Kingston also included a photo of himself flashing the peace sign. His recovery is expected to take a few more weeks.
