Teen Mom's Amber Portwood is on the mend.

The reality star has left the hospital just three days after attempting suicide.

A source told E! News that Portwood is "doing well."

The 21-year-old mom was "depressed and threatening to end her life," according to a 911 call from her baby daddy, Gary Shirley.

"I just spoke with my girlfriend and she had said something to me...said she's having a hard time with her life...'Call the police, they can find my body in the garage.' "

He added, "I'm calling you guys because I don't want her to kill herself."

Police in Anderson, Ind., confirmed that responders showed up to Portwood's house at 11:34 a.m. on Tuesday. She was taken to nearby St. Johns Hospital for further evaluation.

Amber's brother, Shawn, told E! News that his sister had suffered a panic attack after Shirley threatened to take away their 2-year-old daughter, Leah

After the hospitalization, Shirley took to Twitter to deny ever cheating on Amber, adding "I will always love and respect her even if we aren't together."

Meanwhile, fellow Teen Mom Jenelle Evans is lending her support for Portwood via Facebook: "overdosing on pills. :[ she must be really stressed. I feel for yo Amber, yu can pull through. Ive been in yr position. stay strong."

Let's hope she does.
