It's finally here!
Green Lantern premiered tonight at the Grauman's Chinese Theater in Los Angeles.
Can you guess who ditched the limo and pulled out of a compact electric car? Ryan Reynolds! And he stopped to chat with E! News' Ben Lyons before heading in to watch the flick.
Unfortunately, he was wearing a shirt to the event.
Now, we must share that the actor did bring a date with him. So who was the lucky lady?
Get ready for your awww moment—the star brought his mom as his plus-one!

And just when we thought Reynolds couldn't get any hotter, he starts talking to us about what tied him to this role, which was overcoming fear to save the world, and how he loves real courage. Sigh.
He also shared some inside information on costar Blake Lively's (sort-of) secret talent: baking!
Apparently the young starlet is one crazy baker and would bring all kinds of goodies to the set. Not only that, they would still be warm after her 30-minute commute!
