Wanna know why we love Jennifer Garner?

Well first off, she's a celeb mom who actually dresses like a mom.

Secondly, she does awesome stuff like teaming up with Frigidaire to teach parents and kids how to eat fresh this summer!

Led by Adam Kaye, chef and kitchen director for Blue Hill at Stone Barns restaurant, the farm fresh cooking experience was in full force! Together, they kicked off the Frigidaire Kids' Cooking Academy Summer Session, which gave families some insight into the seasonality of food and experience in preparing meals from just-picked ingredients.

"I'm a huge fan and avid supporter of my local Farmers Market," said Garner. "Showing kids how foods go from farm to table is an important first step in creating healthy eating habits. The Frigidaire Summer School is a great way to educate kids and their parents about the importance of eating fresh."

See what we mean! Awesome.

And the best part is, she's not the only star who does great things around the community. No, really! Look at our Do-Gooder gallery to prove it!
