Remember that cute little kid from Jerry Maguire who everyone fell in love with? Well he's all grown up and fearing for his life now.

Jonathan Lipnicki, who played Renée Zellweger's adorable spectacles-wearing son in the film, is now running scared from a petite actress he used to date who allegedly broke into his house threatening to "annihilate" him, according to his request for a restraining order.

Where's Tom Cruise when you need him?

Lipnicki, 20, claims in court papers that he was alseep in bed in his North Hollywood home on May 14 when his roommates let 20-year-old actress Amber Watson into the apartment. Whoops.

Watson (listed as 5-foot-7 and 100 pounds) immediately ran to the former kid star's bedroom, where, Lipnicki claims, she pulled off his sheets and threatened to finish him—for good.

"When I tried to get up, she tried to pin me to my bed. I had to move her off me physically...she threatened to annihilate me," Lipnicki says in the documents.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge granted a temporary restraining order on May 16, requiring Watson to stay at least 100 yards away from the actor. And his dog.

A hearing is set for June 7 on whether to extend the order.

According to Lipnicki's personal website, the actor, who filmed Jerry Maguire when he was just 6, just finished understudying in the Tony-nominated play The Lieutenant of Inishmore and competes in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
