Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is headed to trial.

A judge in Brunswick County, N.C., decided today that the reality trainwreck will have a one-day trial for her involvement in the frontyard brawl caught on videotape in March.

The young mom had been charged with simple assault and simple affray for the smackdown.

So when's she due in court?

Evans, who was not in court today because she is currently in rehab at a facility in Malibu, is set to return for her trial date on July 22.

Her lawyer Dustin Sullivan told E! News today that the judge set the trial date then in order for Evans to finish the rehab program and said his client is "doing very well" while there. Evans claimed her stint at the center is not being paid for by MTV.

"I know she made the right choice with it," Sullivan said of Evans' choice to enter rehab. "She just wanted to address some issues that were not ordered by the court."

He added that Evans sought treatment out of state because the program she is in is not offered in North Carolina. He did not specify what it was.
