Marion Cotillard Has a Baby Boy...With a Cute French Name

Oscar winner and her director boyfriend become parents after welcoming a son to their family

So this is what happens post-Inception...

Marion Cotillard is now a mom.

The Oscar-winning French sultress and her director boyfriend, Guillaume Canet, welcomed a baby boy Thursday in Paris.

And the tyke got a perfect French name.

Marcel!

News of the birth was first reported by People, which cited a source saying Cotillard was "very happy" and "mother and baby are fine."

Cotillard, 35, and her baby daddy Canet, 38, began dating four years ago after costarring in the 2003 French romance Love Me if You Dare. The couple reportedly have no plans to marry as of right now.

Cotillard recently wrapped the Canet-helmed Little White Lies and is currently on the big screen in Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris, which kicked of the Cannes Film Festival and opens in theaters this week, and is also due to play a role in Dark Knight Rises as soon as she recovers from Marcel's grand entrance.
