Farewell, Mia Amber Davis.

The plus-sized model and actress, who shot to fame with a plum role seducing DJ Qualls' character in the 2000 hit comedy Road Trip, has been laid to rest.

Her cousin Dr. Mignon R. Moore tells E! News that funeral services were held today in New York for Davis, who died May 10 from a blood clot after underdoing what was supposed to be a routine knee operation in Los Angeles. She was just 36.

The Plus Model pinup, who was also a producer on Divorce Court, was buried at Kew Gardens' historic Maple Grove cemetery in the burough of Queens. In lieu of flowers, Mia's family is asking fans wishing to honor Davis' memory to send donations to the Mia Amber Memorial Fund.
