Danielle Staub is getting some help.

The former Real Housewives of New Jersey troublemaker tells People that the fallout from her last stripping appearance prompted her to seek treatment for issues that have been plaguing her for years.

"I have addictions with love and low self-esteem, and I need help!" she told the mag.

Don't worry, she explains what that means...

"My low self-esteem, derived from childhood sexual abuse, has messed with my mind and self-worth, and over the years I thought about getting help but pushed it deep into the depths of denial," Staub continued. "For years I have had the suicide hotline on my cell phone and would like nothing more than to free myself from this constant pressure.

"Seeing how I have hurt myself and my family this time, I can no longer push it behind me."

Last year, Staub rang in her 48th birthday at NYC strip club Scores and reportedly signed a three-year deal with the venue this year to do another live appearance and occasionally appear on the Scores website.

Well, ScoresLive.com made the most of the deal and recently featured a series of topless photos of Staub in a variety of provocative positions.

She tells People that her people "coaxed" her into signing the deal and that she has since "walked away."

"I have to own my mistakes and can't blame others," she concluded. Not even Teresa Giudice.
