Six years before going to work for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, the woman who would become the real terminator (of Ahnuld's common sense) filed for divorce from her husband of five years, one Humberto Rozo, in L.A. Superior Court.
Per her petition, filed April 23, 1985, they have two grown kids, Jerry and Jacqueline—who were 4 and 1 1/2 when their parents split up.
Patty, who later married and is now in the process of divorcing Rogelio de Jesus, agreed to joint legal custody of the kids plus sole physical custody, with visitation rights for her ex.
Also, per the settlement agreement, she was awarded $360 in monthly child support payments.
The divorce was granted Oct. 31, 1985.
At the time, Patty was working as a housekeeper in Beverly Hills. Support payments were due to stop once Jerry and Jacqueline turned 18, according to court documents.
According to various media reports, however, Patty has three children in addition to the 13-year-old boy she had with Schwarzenegger while working as a housekeeper and assistant in his home.
