Kings of Leon Guitarist Matthew Followill Welcomes a Prince

Rocker and his wife are now first-time parents

Here's something that's music to our ears.

Matthew Followill of the Kings of Leon and his wife, Johanna Bennett, have just become first-time parents to a bouncing baby boy. And, not suprisingly, they didn't name him Ryan Murphy.

Knox Cameron Patrick Followill was born on April 22.

A rep for Followill issued the following statement: "Mother, father and baby are happy and healthy and doing well!"

In addition to diaper duty, the new dad is also keeping busy tweeting thank yous to all his fans who have been congratulating him.

Congrats indeed!
