Is Megan Fox's Transformers Replacement Really Hotter?!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is No. 1 on the men's magazine's Hot 100 list. So where does Fox rank?

Poor Megan Fox.

Box-office missteps (Jennifer's Body, Jonah Hex) or watching your latest flick head straight to DVD is one thing. But when the chick who replaced you in the Transformers franchise is considered way hotter than you, well, that's just gotta sting.

Adding insult to injury? Rosie Huntington-Whiteley not only ranks higher than Fox on Maxim's annual Hot 100 list, but her sexiness brought her all the way to the top spot as well. Ouch!

So where exactly did Fox end up?

The actress, unfortunately, will have to settle for No. 17. While that's still somewhat impressive, it nevertheless is lower than last year (5), which was lower than the year before that (2).

Some of the other lovely ladies who made the cut include Katy Perry (3), Mila Kunis (5), mom-to-be Natalie Portman (8) and our very own Kim Kardashian (35).

Meanwhile, Kristen Stewart is nowhere to be found here, but Twi-hards can rejoice in knowing that her costar Ashley Greene took the No. 53 spot.

And since we're still on a bit of royal wedding high (OK, more like hungover) around here, we have to acknowledge the fact that Kate Middleton came in at No. 26.

Not a bad week for the Duchess of Cambridge.
