It's kind of a good news-bad news month for the men in Christina Aguilera's life. First, her ex-husband officially gets the boot (aww). Now comes word that her boyfriend has managed to avoid any legal fallout from his alcohol-induced hot mess arrest last month (woo-hoo!).

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office confirms to E! News that prosecutors will not be charging Matthew Rutler with a DUI after all.

"We rejected the case on Friday due to a lack of evidence," the D.A. rep tells E! News. "No charges will be filed."

Rutler was pulled over and arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence while taking Aguilera home on March 1.  Although the L.A. Sheriff's Department initially stated Rutler's blood-alcohol level was 0.09, just a notch above the state's legal limit, that amount was apparently not backed up by the official results.

Aguilera was also taken into the police station that evening for public intoxication, but was not formally charged. In any case, it's shaping up to be a good month for Aguilera. Her new show, The Voice, debuts April 26 on NBC.
