First they tried to solve his problems, now they're adding to them.

Wesley Snipesalready behind bars in federal prison for failing to pay his taxes—is now being sued due to non payment of fees by a crisis management firm that at one time helped him polish up his public image.

See how much the firm Sitrick and Company is claiming Snipes owes them...

The Blade actor, who was sentenced to a three-year prison stint after being found guilty on charges of federal tax evasion, will have to deal with the new lawsuit from behind bars at a Pennsylvania prison, where he was sent after surrendering to authorities in December. According to court documents, Sitrick and Company claim that Snipes hired the firm in December of 2006 to provide advice and do his PR at the minimum cost of $60,000 per year, plus any additional charges that may occur during the time they were employed by the actor.

In addition, the suit alleges that Snipes was also contractually obligated to pay the company within 20 days of any invoice they delivered for out-of-pocket costs and expenses. The grand total listed in the suit is a whopping $68,066, a figure that includes interest added up to and including this month.

Snipes surrendered in December after trying to avoid jail time in the case for two years. He's currently housed in dorm-style living quarters at satellite minimum security camp at Pennsylvania's McKean Federal Correctional Institute where he is holding down a 7-hour-a-day job making between 12 and 40 cents an hour. His release date is set for July 19, 2013.

Let's hope they can work this out, because at that hourly rate it's going to take, well, forever to come up with that kind of cash.
