What happens in the U.K., stays in the U.K. apparently.

With the whole world watching as the big royal wedding date approaches, the big question this weekend—along with this query—was about the bachelor (or stag) party. Reports are coming out that Prince Harry threw a bachelor shindig for older brother Prince William over the weekend.

And what did a Clarence House spokesman have to say about the event?

Not much.

"Prince William has enjoyed his stag and it was in the U.K.," said the circumspect spokesman to London's Daily Express.

So, well, it happened and was fun it seems.

Beyond that to-the-point report, it was believed that the 28-year-old and a princely posse of 20 friends spent the weekend racing motorboats, waterskiing and then going on a floating pub crawl before ending up at a country manor.

Sounds pretty fun and low-key, and if the Prince and his buddies can actually keep the thing under wraps we salute them. (Or bow deeply, we're not really good with royal protocol.)
