After tweeting pics of her latest 'do over the weekend, Hilary Duff took her bangin' new coif public yesterday.

The actress was on hand for a Blessings in a Backpack charity event in Atlanta with the fringe on full display. She hasn't rocked this blunt style since the Lizzie McGuire days, but it's fresh and cute!
