It was Gary Busey's time to shine on Sunday's episode of Celebrity Apprentice, and in a weird way he did.

Still the wacky actor was completely discombobulated as he led the men's team as project manager—was that enough to get him ousted from Team Backbone for good?

Alas, not even Busey's spat with Lil' Jon or his need to stray from the assignment to play catch with José Canseco (which Mark McGrath taped for evidence) could get him the boot.

Instead, it was stellar pizza-slinger Niki Taylor who left the boardroom, never to return again.

So, what went down?

The Donald's assignment this week was to promote the camping world through a unique RV display in the city. But after the former supermodel took the reins as Team ASAP's project manager, it was downhill from there.

Although Taylor seemed to have a good plan in the beginning—assigning each team member an RV room to decorate in an effort to create a 21st-century camping experience—the idea ended up getting lost in the shuffle. In the end, Taylor's goals were unclear and the results were disorganized.

Meanwhile, arguments were breaking out on both teams, and we finally we got to see the feud begin to spark between NeNe Leakes and Star Jones when Jones tried once again to take control of the team.

Things started to get heated on the men's team as well, with McGrath getting upset with Busey for, um, everything, and John Rich getting into it with Canseco and Richard Hatch after Canseco called Rich's country RV jingle "hickish." Then Hatch took a jab at the intelligence of country music fans because, well, he's so smart.

Apparently, Busey was completely oblivious to the drama.

"It's going great. Every team member I have is like a color of the rainbow," Busey said when Ivanka Trump visited the team to see how things were going. He even took a little time to enjoy some quality time with Canseco with only two hours left on the clock.

On Team ASAP, things weren't getting any better either. Marlee Matlin dubbed her arch nemesis legendary singer Dionne Warwick the weakest link when Donald Trump Jr. paid them a visit, and then Warwick went on to call Taylor a "hussy" behind her back after they argued.

In the boardroom, it was Team Backbone's interactive outdoor RV experience that trumped Team A.S.A.P.'s more domestic camping world.

Taylor decided to take full responsibility for her team's loss and put herself on the chopping block, a move that Trump admired.

"Niki, you're basically willing to take responsibility for your loss?" asked Trump. "I respect that. Niki, you're fantastic, but other than that, you're fired."
