Someone's going to be living in style on Charlie Sheen's dime. Maybe even him!

The embodiment of truthiness is due to close escrow on a $7.495 million home in Mulholland Estates on March 25, a source exclusively confirms to E! News. The newly redone mansion, the now former home of Black Swan producer Mike Medavoy and his wife, Irena, boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and plenty of space and amenities for...whoever!

At the rate he's going, maybe Sheen's fantastical porn family is back in the mix...

Nah, the real story is far more practical than that, at least.

Before Sheen took his goddesses and ex-wife Brooke Mueller on an ill-conceived vacay to the Bahamas, Sheen was said to be in the market for a house for Mueller and his twin sons that was closer to his place than where they had been living in Los Feliz.

Then, hysteria ensued.

The new house is practically around the corner from Sheen's current place, which he has so cleverly deemed Sober Valley Lodge. But Sheen and Mueller haven't exactly been getting along lately—although they did reach another custody agreement and obediently showed up for dual drug tests last week as part of the deal.

Word is that Sheen is planning to pack up girlfriends Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly and move into the new place himself, to get a fresh start in different surroundings, albeit in the same zip code, school district, etc. and with neighbors like Paris Hilton, Slash, Robbie Williams and Beach Boy Brian Wilson.

"He is moving in," a source assures E! News. "He loves it...It's very calm and peaceful. It's an elegant family home that has been completely redone."

Well, we've heard of crazier things.
