Can we all just take a moment to admire the legal eagle extraordinaire that is Shawn (she's dropped the "Chapman") Holley? OK, then.

While usually making headlines for her dealings with Lindsay Lohan, Holley was back in court today to work out a deal with her other infamous young client, Hollywood scion and porn-loving rehabber Montana Fishburne.

Remember her?

Montana, if you'll recall, was accused of beating up her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend in a brutal smackdown that took place early last year. She was facing the threat of jail time for the incident, until this morning, when Holley waved her magic lawyer wand and ended up with a deal that's no doubt boosted LiLo's spirits…to say nothing of Montana's. So what's the sentence?

Simply 180 days in rehab. Which sounds like a long time, but is considerably less of a hassle when you consider that Fishburne is no stranger to the 12 steps, having spent the past five months in a treatment center.

Last fall, Holley told E! News that she "couldn't be happier" with Fishburne's progress in the facility.

Prior to today, Laurence Fishburne's porn-aspiring daughter had pleaded not guilty to simple battery, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon and trespassing charges, all of which stemmed from her allegedly breaking into the home of her boyfriend's ex, forcing her into the bathroom and repeatedly hitting her.

The D.A. had been pushing for jail time, though Holley's plea-making skills ultimately won out. Fingers crossed, Lindsay!
