The 90210 actress has been targeted by Mark Robert Pawlowski, whom she rear-ended in a 2009 fender-bender. Although McCord came through the crash relatively unscathed, the dude claims in court docs that he's had to undergo lots of surgery post-accident. And he wants her to foot the bills plus a little something-something extra.
Pawlowski says in his lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court that he's needed back, neck and shoulder surgery performed due to the accident. He is seeking unspecified damages to pay for his medical bills and loss wages along more damages for his pain and suffering.
McCord hit his car while driving around in her new (at the time) silver Mini Cooper. The Pawlowski car was towed from the scene at South La Cienega Boulevard.
There has been no immediate comment from the actress on the lawsuit.
