Rihanna could be in a bit of a bind.

Famed fashion photographer David LaChapelle is suing the "SOS" singer, accusing her of lifting images and concepts from his catalogue for her racy bondage-themed "S&M"music video.

And now he wants a cut of the royalties.

In the lawsuit, a copy of which was obtained by Reuters, LaChapelle claimed "the music video is directly derived from and substantially similar to the LaChapelle works."

The 47-year-old artist and filmmaker, whose sexy celebrity portraits have graced such magazines as Vanity Fair, GQ, and Rolling Stone, is seeking unspecified damages.

Per court docs, Rihanna's video—which features the 22-year-old hitmaker in hot pink latex and other S&M garb brandishing whips and chains—stole the "composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colors, props, settings, décor, wardrobe and lighting" of his work.

Or as LaChapelle put it in a tweet to Rihanna and Perez Hilton, who has a cameo in the video, "the next time you make a David LaChapelle music video, you probably should hire David LaChapelle."

A rep for the Barbadian beauty was unavailable for comment.

The dust up over "S&M" comes after fellow popster Lady Gaga was lambasted for supposedly ripping off not only the music to Madonna's 1989 hit, "Express Yourself," for her new single "Born This Way," but also even borrowing performance concepts and imagery.
