Got a secret…can you keep it?

Make that secrets: From Pretty Little Liars big season-finale reveal to all the latest Rosewood romances, we got the dish directly from show creator I. Marlene King.

Pinky swear you won't tell?

ABC Family

OK, we trust you. First, just in time for Valentine's Day, King reports that Cupid is flinging his arrows all over Rosewood. Here's the scoop on your favorite romances...and some unexpected new couplings:

Aria and Ezra: The series' star-crossed lovers are threatened tonight by the appearance of Simone [Supernatural and Veronica Mars' Alona Tal], Aria's [Lucy Hale] childhood babysitter. "She ends up having a crush on Ezra Fitz [Ian Harding]," King reveals, "so that's sort of an interesting twist for them." Since Simone doesn't return after tonight's episode, Aria must find a way to send her rival packing. Whew! Not so fast, says King: The "Don't Stand So Close to Me" couple will face another "stumbling block" in their relationship. "Ezra and Aria have their first relationship fight, and it has nothing to do with their ages, or the fact that he's a teacher and she's a student. It's just sort of a real relationship stumbling block that they're going to have to overcome." We're keeping the faith. At least Aria isn't starring on 16 and Pregnant.

Toby Cavanaugh and…Spencer? King wouldn't tell us exactly which star Toby [Keegan Allen] is hooking up with ("they'll be together by episode 119"), but our money's on tightly wound overachiever Spencer [Troian Bellisario]: "They're really polar opposites [but share] "a really soulful connection," King says. "You just cannot believe its gonna work and it does. There's a twist to that relationship that is really fascinating and kind of releases Toby from his guilt in the process."

"Toby finally gets to smile and we're going to bring a little bit of happiness to him after like creating so much misery for the guy." At least he's alive though, unlike [spoiler alert!] his counterpart in the PLL books. "[Not killing Toby off was] a real juicy thing for us to do," King says. "We love to grab parts of the book and be completely true to them but then take a little bend around the corner and throw those book fans through a loop."

Caleb and...Hanna? Next week we'll meet Caleb [Tyler Blackburn]--"not your typically Rosewood guy in any way," King says. "He is going to become a love interest of one of the Pretty Little Liars." We're hoping it's Hanna [Ashely Benson], because after Sean and Lucas, girlfriend needs a little bad-boy action.

Jenna and...? "Jenna will get a love interest by the end of the season," dishes King, "and it's sort of a shocking revelation as to who that is." And no, PLL book fans, King assures us "it's not Toby." Ew.

The most shocking revelation, of course, will happen in the season finale, "For Whom the Bell Tolls," which King says "pays homage to an Alfred Hitchcock film." Don't count on A accidentally signing a text message with his/her real name though: "We want to very much hold off on revealing A's identity for as long as possible," King said.

Instead, she hinted Allison's murder will finally be solved: "Yes, a big question is answered in the finale," she told us, adding, "But then another huge question is asked right afterward." Argh! At least we won't have to wait that long for the show to return: Season two returns "most likely in June for 12 episodes," King said.

Meanwhile, if you like playing detective, keep your pretty little eyes open for Easter egg hints to solving the show's biggest mysteries: After hearing that fans were freeze-framing scenes looking for clues, King said, "We realized that this is just so great, so let's go ahead and start putting clues into the episodes for people to try to link together...Like cherry on the cake, it's bonus stuff as people start finding clues and start linking them together. It's fun when we organically find places to do it."
