The question now is, can Justin keep up with the Jonases?

Hot on the trail of a certain hunky pop star, the Jonas Brothers took home six ceremonial surfboards Sunday at the 10th Annual Teen Choice Awards, aka TC08, giving the fraternal rockers just 15 more to go until they match Justin Timberlake's grand total of 21 collected over the last decade.

More than 30 million Internet-savvy youngsters, preferably between the ages of 13 and 19, deemed the dapper trio Choice Breakout Band, Male Hotties and Male Red Carpet Icons, as well as the purveyors of the Choice Single ("When You Look Me in the Eyes," beating out Timberlake), Summer Song ("Burnin' Up") and Love Song ("When You Look Me in the Eyes").

Joe, Nick and Kevin's tally was matched only by the CW's teen soap with claws Gossip Girl, which also notched six wins (on a bedpost, naturally): Choice TV Drama, Breakout Show, breakout acting nods for Chace Crawford and Blake Lively (who was also named best actress in a drama) and top villain for the diabolical Ed Westwick.

"I feel like I'm still a teenager, because I'm perpetually in high school," Crawford, 23, said backstage.

And because today's youth has a lot of opinions, the honors bestowed upon the genetically blessed youngsters mentioned above were only the tip of the iceberg at the incredibly thorough (reality dance show is a category unto itself) kudosfest, which honors "choice" talent from the worlds of film, TV, music, comedy, sports, fashion and, for the first time, summer entertainment fare.

Chris Brown also needed a large vehicle to haul away the five boards he stacked up. The 19-year-old cutie was named Choice Male Artist and R&B Artist; his "Forever" was named top R&B track; his collaboration with Lil Mama and T-Pain, "Shawty Get Loose," won for rap/hip-hop track, and he shared a win with Jordin Sparks for choice musical hookup for their ballad "No Air."

Teen Choice Awards host Miley Cyrus was no slouch, either, toting home three of the show's unwieldy marks of distinction after opening the ceremony at Universal Studios' Gibson Amphitheatre with a performance of her new hit single "7 Things."

The 15-year-old queen o' the teens also scored bragging rights tonight when she and pal Mandy Jiroux took on Adam Sevani and Jon Chu's ACDC troupe in a dance-off. Judge Fergie, going largely by the audience's reaction, named M&M Cru the winner.

But at least Chu and Sevani's Step Up 2: The Streets had a Choice Movie Drama board to show for their past efforts.

A quick testament to just how heavy those surfboards are: David Beckham, named Choice Male Athlete, brought sons Cruz, Romeo and Brooklyn onstage to help him carry his board away. (Admittedly, he could have brought them up because they made for an enchanting photo op in their matching yellow shirts.)

Will Smith, an elder statesman at these types of events, also popped up onstage three times, first to collect Hancock's Choice Summer Action-Adventure Movie surfboard, and twice in honor of I Am Legend. The apocalyptic thriller was named top horror flick and Smith won for best actor in that genre. (He left sons Trey and Jaden sitting in the audience, however.)

Meanwhile, Fox, which will air the Teen Choice Awards Monday at 8 p.m. ET/PT, continued to feed the beast: Lauren Conrad was named Choice Female Reality Star for the third year in a row.

And while there would have been a party if even just all the people who supposedly have never dated walked the red carpet—Cyrus and Nick Jonas, Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas (quite the tangled web we weave when we sign up for face time on the Disney Channel)—many, many more celebs were around to keep the vertices of any love triangles in their separate corners.

See who else showed up for the youth-sanctioned fun in our arrivals gallery.
