LiLo Spars With Top Cop, Spas With SamRo

Maybe it's beauty time, not boudoir time, keeping Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson off the streets and the paparazzi at bay.

Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton mouthed off on Thursday, saying that Lohan and Ronson's relationship is responsible for keeping the starlet from the party scene, thereby reducing the local paparazzi presence. Turns out Lindsay and Sam were indeed holed up in L.A. over the past few days—indulging themselves in beauty treatments.

E! News has learned that upon the pair's return from New York, the girls treated themselves to two days at Beverly Hills' Neil George Salon.

"Lindsay got highlights done over Tuesday and Wednesday," a spy tells us. "And Samantha actually got a treatment! She touched up her black roots and did chunky streaks of blond."

But our favorite highlight from this whole affair was Lindsay going ballistic on Bratton:

"Police, you shouldn't get involved in everyone else's business when it comes to their personal life, it's inappropriate," Lohan told cameras Friday at a Los Angeles airport, en route to Lollapalooza in Chicago, where Sam will spin at Metromix.com's Music Lounge at the Hard Rock Hotel.

But LiLo had even more to say, in a more profane way, in this video on TMZ.

Go get 'em Linds!
