UPDATE: Amber Portwood pleaded not guilty to both felony charges at this afternoon's arraignment. Despite posting her bail yesterday, she will remain in custody until 4 p.m. ET, when she will be released.

________

From jail bait to jailed, Teen Mom trainwreck Amber Portwood is counting down the minutes until she's once again a free woman.

Yesterday, the reality star surrendered to Indiana police to face up to felony charges of domestic battery and neglect against her Teen Mom baby daddy, and good news! Her 24-hour hold is almost up and she's forked over the $5,000 bail.

"Amber is scheduled for release today, her bond has been posted," a spokesman for the Madison County Sheriff's Department tells E! News.

But before she's fully freed from her shackles, the 20-year-old will need to appear in court for a 1 p.m. ET hearing.

"There will be a protective order in place to protect the victim of the offense," the sheriff's spokesman added.

The primary victim is Portwood's partner Gary Shirley, whose on-camera beratings and beatings (most of which took place in front of their 2-year-old daughter, Leah) led to the charges.

The protective order also bars Portwood from contact with Leah, which has already raised questions about the mother's future on Teen Mom—MTV, for its part, has so far refused to comment.

If convicted on all the charges, she could face three years in jail and a $10,000 fine.

[UPDATE Dec. 29, 2010: The Madison Sheriff's Department incorrectly stated that the protective order applied to both Leah and Gary Shirley. The county prosecutor has now confirmed that Portwood was only barred from contact with Shirley.]
