For the first time since his crash made headlines, Shia LaBeouf was spotted outside the hospital, partaking in one of his favorite pastimes—smoking—only to reveal the extensive injuries he suffered to his left hand.

DUI charge or no, the 22-year-old actor clearly won't be getting behind the wheel any time soon.
