She didn't get married over Christmas, but Jessica Simpson really enjoyed herself all the same.
Jess, Ashlee and their guys (both big and small) spent the holiday all together at Ma and Pa Simpson's house in the San Fernando Valley, with Jess later giving thanks for the good times had and the great times to come.
"I'm so grateful this holiday season!!! I hope everyone had a magical Christmas! Love you X," she tweeted yesterday. "Eric is the perfect addition to our family. We all stayed at my parents on xmas eve. We are lucky to have 3 new studs in the fam : Pete, BX, and EJ!"
While 2-year-old nephew Bronx and brother-in-law Pete Wentz aren't exactly new, Jessica's Massachusetts-born fiancé Eric Johnson was indeed spending his first Christmas with his future in-laws.
"Oh, and I can't forget Bentley!!!" Jess concluded, adding a Twit pic of her sleeping pup.
"Best day ever :)" Ashlee Simpson-Wentz tweeted on Christmas Day. "I feel blessed to have so much joy, and amazing love in my life."
