Fresh from flirting with a straightened-out 'do at the American Music Awards, Taylor Swift is back to being her recognizable self, and not a moment too soon.

The country crossover sensation today announced plans to hit the road in the not particularly originally titled Taylor Swift Speak Now World Tour 2011. Maybe the steam from the straightening iron temporarily stymied her creativity?

Whatever the case, Swift will launch the massive globetrotting expedition in Singapore on Feb. 9, before going on to total 87 shows in 19 countries and four continents (for anyone keeping score at home).

"I'm so excited to go back out on tour again in 2011" Taylor squealed (we assume). "The Fearless Tour was so much fun and even more unforgettable than I ever imagined, and I can't wait to get back out and play my new music from Speak Now! The fans have been so amazing, and I'm thrilled to play in new cities around the world and meet even more of my fans in 2011!"

The North American leg of the tour will begin on May 27 in Omaha and will make pit stops in all the usual locales. There's no word yet on an opening act, but we're guessing John Mayer is out.

Ditto her flirtation with straight hair, if she wants her fans to recognize her. And not feel, as she explained to Jay Leno last night, like she's back in junior high.
