"This was just in Halloween fun with the Jack the Ripper prop in the background," Rimes rep assured E! News.
"I couldn't resist…" Cibrian tweeted last night when he linked to the eyebrow-raising photo.
"Ok, it was a 'TRICK-or-treat right!" Rimes clarified this morning. "@eddiecibrian and I were having a little fun…@eddiecibrian is WAY more romantic than to proper to me in front of a 'lunatic' sign. Just thought it was too funny not to share a little 'TRICK!'"
