Big Brother 10 contestant Steven Daigle is chilling in a jail cell after allegedly roughing up his ex-boyfriend and fellow gay-porn actor, Trent Locke, the L.A. Sheriff's Department confirms to E! News.

The latest in a string of Big Brother alums with serious legal troubles, the 37-year-old Daigle and his former boyfriend allegedly got physical following an argument in West Hollywood that saw Locke wind up in the hospital and the 6-foot-2, 185-pound Daigle in custody.
He was booked for misdemeanor battery and is being held on $20,000 bail pending an arraignment later today.
Locke took to his blog from his hospital room, denying he hit his ex and saying he felt "deeply embarrassed" about the fight. He also tweeted he's nursing a broken heart, can't eat and is getting comfort from his "lucky" dog by his side.
