Whoa, Nelly, indeed.

The hip-hop star is set to shake—and bare—his tailfeather as the newest celebrity spokesman for Diddy's line of Sean John Underwear.

"To me, Nelly is the quintessential definition of the Sean John man," says Diddy, otherwise known as Sean Combs. "And let's be honest, all of the ladies out there are going to be thanking us for this campaign."

The lovefest was mutual, with Nelly chiming in by saying he's been a "big fan of Diddy and the Sean John clothing line for years.

"So when they asked me to work with them, it was a real honor. I hope my fans will enjoy this campaign as much as I did shooting it."

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the print campaign, in which Nelly is shot in and around a modern home in the Hollywood Hills, will launch this fall and features the collection's underwear basics and loungewear.

As it is, Nelly has some big shoes—and other choice garments—to fill. Previous Sean John spokescelebs include Penélope Cruz, Snoop Dogg, Cassie, Nas and Lil Wayne.
