Nicole Richie is kicking ass and taking names.

The mother of two took to her blog Tuesday to blast photo-gossip site X17online for sending paparazzi to shoot video at daughter Harlow's school, promising that she's prepared to do a background check on every employee she sees there.

"THANK YOU so much for posting the video of your employees sitting outside of my daughter's school, because now the entire world can see how creepy and disgusting you are," began Richie's missive, which was posted under the heading, "A Letter to X17."

"You do not get to spend 200 dollars on a camera, and think that gives you a free pass to shadow my child. These are strangers, grown men, stalking young children. You think that's ok?"

X17 posted photos dated Oct. 7 of Richie picking Harlow up from school. The same item also speculates on whether the 29-year-old is also sporting a baby bump.

"Here's a better visual: Pulling up to school and seeing grown men slouched in black windowed cars outside of a preschool, all day," Richie wrote. "I'm not even there, so you cannot say you are following me as you always do. You are stalking the children. Now how do you feel?"

She continues to call them out for allegedly causing her fender bender awhile back, the days she says she found out that a staffer had no driver's license.

'You, x17, better be pretty confident in your actions, and feel really good about what you are doing.  If I find out anyone has a suspended, restricted or invalid license, I will have them thrown in jail before they can pick up the phone and call their lawyers," she wrote, concluding by calling X17 "irresponsible and repulsive."

Fiancé Joel Madden then apparently made good on his lady's warning, tweeting a link to Richie's blog post and then identifying the owner of a black Nissan he pegged to X17 that was seen parked outside Harlow's school.

"I've learned a lot of self control & acceptance. Still never gonna be ok with grown men creeping outside schools. Gotta do what i can do," Madden wrote.
