The Lone Star State might not be big enough for Jesse James and his family drama.

Ex-wife No. 2, Janine Lindemulder, has filed a police report after he allegedly prevented her from picking their daughter up from school for three weeks straight, in violation of their joint custody agreement.

Her attorney, Richard Masson, confirmed to E! News that the complaint was filed with the Hays County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 24.

"I filed the complaint after I turned up at the school and Jesse had gotten his nanny to take Sunny before I arrived," Lindemulder told Radar Online. "That was the third week in a row and he is being investigated for interfering with a child custody agreement—we intend to present the information the next time we are at court in California."

And this isn't the first time the former porn actress has cried foul on her ex-husband's actions as far as their child is concerned.

Lindemulder filed court documents a few weeks ago accusing James of trying to turn Sunny against her. She stated in a declaration that she hadn't been allowed any contact with her daughter since she moved to Texas to be closer to the child, who started school last month.

She told Radar this week that she hasn't seen Sunny for month and has only had a few brief talks with her over the phone.

A hearing on Lindemulder and James' various grievances is scheduled for Oct. 21 in Orange County, Calif.
